1. All memberships at DayTraders.com run on a month to month basis until cancelled by either party. Billing occurs each month, in advance of said month, automatically on the 1st day of the month.

2. All cancellation requests submitted to us must be done so via e-mail or in writing. Your account is not pending for cancelation until you receive a confirmation from us. If you do not receive a response from our office after you have requested your account be cancelled, then most likely an error has occurred with your e-mail. You should expect a confirmation message in 24 hours or less.

3. Because accounts are billed in advance of the upcoming month, should you cancel mid month, your cancelation will not go into effect until the last day of the current month. In order to avoid being billed on your account, you must request cancelation and receive a confirmation from us no later than three (3) days before the end of the month. Memberships cancelled mid month are not entitled to a refund. Service is based month to month, not on a daily basis.

4. Billing is calculated based on a 30 day period, regardless of the actual number of days in the month. Memberships started mid month will be pro-rated based on 1/30th of the monthly charge times the number of days remaining in the month. When this is the case, your first bill will include one full month, plus the pro-rated amount (if any) from the month you joined. Subsequent billings will be based on one month's time.

5. By joining, you agree to the following: you will pay for all valid service charges on your account as outlined herein; should an error in billing occur, you will contact us for a credit or refund; in the event that you and/or your credit card company charges back or otherwise reverses any authorized charge(s) for service, we are fully authorized to rebill the original charges and any resulting bank fees.

6. If your credit card declines or rejects billing for any reason, you will be notified by us via e-mail. Similar to a house call or margin call, you will be given a three (3) day grace period in which to supply a billable credit card and/or remit payment for your account. Failure to do this will result in your account being closed.

Once you join as a member, your name will be added to our subscriber mailing list and you will begin receiving your morning stock market report by e-mail each day prior to the market's open. The fee for this basic membership is $49.95 US per month. If you also elect to subscribe to our optional service called "The Trading Desk" (which is geared for more active intra-day traders) there will be an additional fee of $129.95 US per month (or a total of $179.90).
