(NASDAQ:TGL) ("Treasure Global" or the "Company"), a Southeast Asia–anchored technology company, today announced the closing of its previously announced registered direct offering with certain institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 250,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.00001 per share. The Company received total gross proceeds of USD 2,500,000, before deducting commissions and offering expenses.
