Prior to expiration, 1,900,500 warrants were outstanding, each exercisable for one share of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $8.48 per share. In accordance with the terms of the warrants, any warrants that remained unexercised as of the expiration time automatically expired and are no longer exercisable or of any value.
