Third Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights
Net Sales of $7.0 million increased by 6% over the second quarter. Volume increases on key product lines were driven by successful yield and efficiency improvements.
Adjusted EBITDA for September 30th, 2025, year-to-date was $2.1 million as compared to $2.2 million for the prior year. The third-quarter Adjusted EBITDA of nearly zero was adversely affected by investments in direct labor and related overhead to drive delivery and quality improvements for our customers. The company anticipates increased sales and margins from these efforts in the following quarters.
